This private villa in the Al-Malqa district exemplifies Ghaddar Design’s signature 'New Classic' style, where contemporary architectural lines are softened by the use of lavish, natural materials. The façade features hand-cut local stone combined with modern panoramic glazing, creating a seamless visual flow between the interior living spaces and the lush private gardens. Inside, every element has been curated for luxury and comfort; from the imported marble flooring to the bespoke walnut wall paneling manufactured specifically for this project at our factory.
